How do I upload our privacy policy on to Homestretch?

You can easily add your practice’s privacy policy to the Homestretch site, so that all of your patients can access it. Here's how to do it:

Start by clicking on the “Clinic Settings” tab. Please note that only Clinic Admins, and not Clinic Managers or Therapists, can access the “Clinic Settings" tab.

Scroll down the page to the “Privacy Policy” section. Click the “Add files” button. This will open up a browsing window. Find and select your privacy policy, and press “Open”.

Please note: Your privacy policy must be a PDF. A Word document will not be accepted.

The privacy policy filename will be displayed. Now press the “Start Upload” button. A green checkmark will appear next to the status column once your upload is successful.

To finish, press "Save". For the change to take effect, you’ll need to log out and log back in to Homestretch.
