How do I know which browser I'm using? What's my browser?

When you report an issue, we may ask you which browser you're using. This will help us to replicate the issue on our end and identify the source of the problem.

Examples of browsers include Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), Google Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. Most browsers have multiple versions as well, for example, Internet Explorer has IE7, IE8, IE9, and IE10.

In most cases, you can simply find the drop down menu, or "Help" tab, on your browser, and look for the "About" link, for example: "About Google Chrome", "About Internet Explorer", etc. This will tell you exactly which browser you are using.
