How do I create a patient record?

The patient record is similar to the patient print out, but will not include screen shots, and will include every program, and all notes, associated with this patient. 

To create a "Patient Record", start on the Patients page, and use the search bar to find the patient you'd like to work with. 

Click the "Patient Record" link, and Homestretch will generate a PDF for you to print or save.
