How do I reset a patient's password?

However, as a therapist, you can also reset a patient's password.

Start on the "Patients" page, and find the patient you're looking for using the "Search" box. 


Next, click the "Edit" link. 

Scroll down to the bottom of the "Edit" page, type in a temporary password for the patient, confirm the password, and press "Save" . Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. 

Let the patient know their new temporary password. Please note: the patient will be prompted to reset their password when first logging in.
