Please note: Patients can also request their own username without the help of a therapist. For more information, please see the FAQ article "My patient forgot their username or password. How do I help them recover it?"
If you would like to find a patient's username, start on the "Patients" page, and find the patient you're looking for using the "Search" box.
Next, click the "Edit" link. You'll see the patient's username just below the "Therapist" field.
Please note: Pending patients have not yet created their username and password. If a pending patient asks for their username or password, instead of clicking the "Edit" link, click the "Resend Activation" link. The patient will automatically be sent an email to create a username and password.
